Management Trainee Human Resources

About the Role We’re looking for a curious and driven HRBP Management Trainee to kickstart their HR journey. You’ll work closely with business teams and HR leaders, gaining hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee experience, and core HR operations. What You’ll Do Drive recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and close roles efficiently Support onboarding and create a great first-day experience for new hires Maintain HR data and trackers, and generate basic insights Contribute to engagement initiatives and HR projects Act as a go-to support for day-to-day employee queries What We’re Looking For MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Interest in recruitment and people-centric roles Organized, proactive, and eager to learn Working knowledge of MS Office Why This Role Hands-on exposure to HR Business Partnering Real ownership from day one Opportunity to grow into HRBP / Talent roles If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and building teams - this role is for you.
