We are on the lookout for a skilled Mechanical Product Design Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you’ll take charge of designing cutting-edge mechanical products, applying your expertise to bring creative concepts to life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Hands-on in Conceptualizing, Designing, & Developing New Products from Ideation to production.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product design aligns with technical requirements and company goals.
Conducting feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing in real time conditions to validate design concepts.
Create detailed drawings and specifications for materials and manufacturing processes used in casting, plastics and Sheet Metal.
Should be process oriented, self-driven and fast learner
Responsible for CAD Finalization & prototype release
Vendor Management & Co-ordination
Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design.
Added Advantage
Understanding of Patent, Product & Technology Trends
Mechanical & Thermal Simulations – FEA analysis
Knowledge of Computational Fluid dynamics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing (Mandatory)
Masters in Product Design would be the most desired profile.
Requirements/Skills:
Proven experience in Product Design & Development.
Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works, Auto CAD, etc.).
Knowledge of plastics and metals manufacturing techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Written & Oral Communication (English)
Ability to visualize the functional aspects
Able to work in a challenging environment
High level of Integrity and work ethics
Brilliant team player
