Location: Remote (India)

Shift timings between: 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM IST (Night Shift, aligned with US business hours)

Compensation: ₹20,000–25,000/month (based on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our US-based short-term rental clients during their active hours. This is a night shift role from India, working in real time with guests, hosts, and our internal team to keep operations running smoothly overnight.

What You'll Do

Handle guest messaging and inquiries across Airbnb, , and other platforms Manage check-in/check-out coordination and troubleshoot guest issues in real time Update calendars, pricing, and listing details as needed Coordinate with cleaning/maintenance teams for turnovers Support day-to-day admin tasks for STR property portfolios Escalate priority issues appropriately during the shift

Who We're Looking For

Available to start immediately Able to commit to a fixed night shift on an ongoing basis Comfortable with the salary range of ₹20,000–25,000/month depending on experience Strong written English and clear communication skills Reliable internet connection and a working laptop/desktop Detail-oriented, organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently overnight Hospitality, guest services, or STR experience is a plus
