Role Description The Accountant role at Real Jobs Consulting Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and maintenance of accurate financial records. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, monitoring payments, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders (such as auditors and vendors), and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Experience in corporate or consulting environments, and familiarity with local taxation and regulatory requirements, is preferred.
