Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital seeking a full-time Lead Veterinarian to join their practice, providing care exclusively to cats and dogs. The hospital has served the Dallas community since 1988 and has built an excellent local reputation, reflected in an exceptional 4.8-star Google rating.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Lead Veterinarian will provide the full scope of general practice care, including wellness and preventative medicine, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry, alongside taking on leadership responsibilities within the hospital. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian who is comfortable combining clinical responsibilities with leadership of the veterinary team. Doctor hours are open to discussion.

Practice Details
The hospital is well equipped and provides a comprehensive range of general practice services, including wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry. Additional services include orthopedics, urgent care and laser therapy. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with the hospital closed on Sundays.

Team
The hospital is home to a team of 5 DVMs alongside a great team of support staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
