Job Description

Company Description SKIA is a biotechnology holding company that unlocks overlooked biological assets in medicine, turning complexity and dislocation into structured opportunity. Operating a hub-and-spoke model, SKIA acquires differentiated assets, funds early strategic development, and builds them into focused portfolio companies with distinct management teams, boards, and value paths. This structure creates diversification across multiple therapeutic areas and within each company’s pipeline, while SKIA retains meaningful ownership to align closely with investor interests. The team combines decades of investment, operating, and transaction experience, with over $25B in value created, $5B in capital raised, and 180+ M&A transactions across 15+ therapeutic areas. SKIA’s track record is enhanced by Lodestar™, a proprietary AI platform that identifies promising, overlooked biology, and is already fueling portfolio companies such as Skiaphos Hematology in acute myeloid leukemia.
