?? CONVEYANCERS - FANCY GETTING OFF THE VOLUME CONVEYANCING TREADMILL?

£30,000- £50,000
I've got a new opportunity that might be worth a conversation…
I'm working with an established South Wales law firm with offices across Blackwood, Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil , and they're looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to the team.
And before you ask… this isn't another '50+ files, constant chasing, targets through the roof' role. ??
What you'll be doing:
?? Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
?? Remortgages
?? Transfers of equity
?? Right to Buy
?? New-build transactions
?? Lender work
?? Dealing with searches, contracts & titles
?? Exchange, completion & post-completion
You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, deal directly with clients and actually get the support of an established team around you.
Who am I looking for?
I'm open to speaking with:
?? Residential Conveyancing Solicitors
?? Legal Executives
?? Licensed Conveyancers
?? Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners
If you know your way around a residential conveyancing file, can manage your own caseload and genuinely care about the service you provide to clients, I'd like to hear from you.
