- 24hr shifts -- multiple shifts in a row per trip
- Light clinical load -- approx. 3 deliveries per 24hr shift
- Newborn nursery with 4 - 6 ADC; Level 2 NICU up to 7 beds
- Solo in-house coverage
- New Level 2 NICU opening
- Deliveries required -- attends all deliveries and C-sections
- May flex to cover a Level 3 NICU
- 1 - 2 trips per month; 3 - 7 shifts per trip
