We're Hiring: Cold Calling Executive (B2B) | Udaipur | On-site

Can you pick up the phone, speak confident English, and book a meeting with a founder? Then we want to talk to you.

Upturnly is a B2B lead generation company. We are not a marketing agency. We help businesses get qualified leads and booked appointments through our own outbound system.

What you'll do:

You'll call founders, sales heads and marketing leaders at B2B companies across India, introduce Upturnly, and book appointments for our team. This is outbound calling for Upturnly's own growth, not for our clients.

All calling is within India only. No international calling.

You'll be calling Indian companies in:

Manufacturing

⛏️ Marble & Mining

Marketing Agencies

IT Companies

What we're looking for:

✅ Excellent spoken English (this is a must)

✅ Confidence speaking with founders and senior decision-makers

✅ Based in Udaipur or Rajasthan, or willing to relocate to Udaipur

✅ Comfortable with daily cold calling and handling rejection

✅ Prior cold calling, telesales or B2B sales experience is a plus

What you get:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Strong incentive structure. The more meetings you book, the more you earn

Hands-on experience in B2B sales and lead generation

Work directly with the founding team

Location: Meera Nagar, Udaipur (On-site)
