Executive / Senior Executive — Export Accounts & Compliance

About us Anabolic Biosciences connects buyers with approved pharmaceutical manufacturing partners worldwide — all therapeutic segments, 15 dosage forms, across the US, EU, Brazil, ANZ, MENA, Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Russia. The role You own accounts and statutory compliance end to end: every invoice in and out, and every interface with customs, banks, GST and income tax. This is a single-owner role What you'll do Billing & accounts Issue sales invoices and process purchase bills; maintain books in Tally Vendor payments, buyer receivables, ledger reconciliation and monthly closing Bank reconciliation and cash-flow tracking Export documentation Commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, health and free-sale certificates Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders and manufacturers through the order-to-dispatch cycle Statutory compliance GST: returns, e-invoicing, e-way bills, LUT, refund claims and reconciliation TDS/TCS: deduction, deposit and quarterly returns FEMA: eBRC generation, EDPMS closure, timely realization with the bank DGFT: IEC and AD code maintenance, RoDTEP and licence claims Form 15CA/15CB for overseas remittances Support statutory audit and coordinate with our CA What you need 2 years in export accounts, trade operations or documentation — pharma or regulated goods preferred Based in Delhi NCR Nice to have: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter; import documentation exposure Compensation: As per Industry standards Apply:
