This role involves guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting campus tours, organizing information sessions, and providing detailed program and eligibility information. The counselor will review applications, assist with documentation, coordinate entrance tests or interviews as needed, and support admission decision processes in collaboration with academic departments. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate applicant records, following up with leads, participating in outreach activities, and representing the university at education fairs, school visits, and community events. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also contribute to admissions strategies, support enrollment targets, and collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure a positive and inclusive applicant experience.<br /><b>Qualifications<br /></b> <ul><li>Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, courteous, and supportive guidance throughout the admissions journey.</li><li>Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote university programs ethically, convert inquiries into applications, and support enrollment goals.</li><li>Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, preferably in student counseling, academic advising, or higher education admissions.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Psychology, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification in counseling or admissions is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or admissions management systems, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Deoghar, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive, and student-centered environment.</li><li>Prior experience in university admissions, student recruitment, or academic counseling is highly desirable.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?xrKrwLVX1fImtfwBanIRYbH2ZS7Fe1wsd" width="0" height="0" />
