Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Reception & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, students, and staff. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls, and manage departmental email inboxes. Student Support: Provide front-line information regarding academic programs, campus services, office hours, and general administrative inquiries. Clerical & Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, draft documents, type memos, and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for the department. Scheduling & Room Management: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and book seminar rooms or lecture halls for faculty and staff events.
