We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from quotation through production, delivery, and post-launch support while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager in Coimbatore. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing programs from RFQ through production and coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of customer programs.

You will:

• Manage customer programs from RFQ through production, launch, and end-of-life.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary customer contact.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and program milestones.

• Coordinate Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing activities.

• Monitor production schedules and resolve delivery constraints.

• Coordinate engineering changes, prototype builds, PPAPs, and production releases.

• Review customer purchase orders and support quotation activities.

• Monitor program profitability and identify cost reduction opportunities.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Lead customer quality concerns, corrective actions, and audit support activities.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues impacting customer programs.

• Prepare customer presentations, KPI reports, and executive program status updates.

• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of Program Management or Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Visual ERP, Epicor, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project (or equivalent planning software).
• Knowledge of BOMs, routing, scheduling, capacity planning, and cost analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Wire Harness, Cable Assembly, Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial Automation, or Medical Manufacturing is preferred.
• APQP, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 knowledge are preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or APICS/ASCM certifications are an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Willing to work from the office.

• Shift Timing: 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM IST.

• Ability to manage multiple customer programs simultaneously.

• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead without direct authority.
