Hiring: Travel Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Fixed Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 / month

Earning Potential: Fixed Salary + High Performance Incentives + Attractive Commission structure

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming travel inquiries (phone, email, social media, and leads).
• 
  
• Design customized domestic and international holiday packages (Bali, Dubai, Thailand, Maldives, etc.) based on client needs.
• 
  
• Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and handle itinerary adjustments.
• 
  
• Implement digital marketing strategies and assist with promotional campaigns on social media platforms.
• 
  
• Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients and travel vendors.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in travel sales, itinerary designing, or destination marketing.
• 
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 
  
• Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.
• 
  
• Sound knowledge of popular domestic and international holiday destinations.
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media trends is a plus.
