Business analyst - healthcare & life sciences

Experience: 5–12 Years

We are seeking domain-oriented Business Analysts with strong Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) experience to support consulting, implementation, AI & digital transformation, and managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Work with business stakeholders, SMEs, product, and technology teams to translate business needs into solutions. Develop BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, workshops, and UAT support. Identify opportunities for digital transformation, AI, automation, and process optimization.

Domain Areas

Experience in one or more of:

R& D, Drug Discovery, CGT, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial Excellence, SCM, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, Payer, or Provider.

Requirements

5+ years of BA experience with strong HLS domain expertise. Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and functional analysis. Experience with consulting, implementation, transformation, or managed services. Strong communication and analytical skills. Exposure to AI, data, automation, or digital transformation is an advantage.
