Inspect inbound and in-house fresh produce to assess quality, prevent spoilage and maintain accurate inventory. Coordinate with receiving, operations, inventory control, customers and vendors to resolve produce issues, evaluate returns and remove unsalable or short-dated products. The role also includes daily counts and breaking or repacking cases.
