The role & team

An opportunity is available for a Commercial Property Lawyer with approximately 3–5 years’ post-admission experience to join a well-established property practice led by experienced Partners.

The role will involve a broad mix of commercial property and transactional work, including leasing, development and general property matters.

You will work closely with Partners while continuing to build autonomy, matter management capability and direct client relationships.

To be successful You will ideally have :

• Approximately 3–5 years’ PAE in property law
• Commercial property experience across transactions, leasing and/or development preferred
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Experience with Actionstep, iManage Work or Lawdocs would be advantageous but is not essential.
