Emergency Medical Technician and Ambulance Driver

As an Emergency Vehicle Operator/EMT at MedStar Health, you will safely operate ambulances and provide basic life support during emergency and non-emergency transports across the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. You’ll perform patient assessment, monitor vital signs, deliver CPR and BLS care, and assist higher-level clinicians during critical events. Working within a mission-driven, team-based culture, you’ll follow EMS protocols, maintain detailed documentation, ensure vehicle readiness, and participate in ongoing training to advance your clinical and operational skills.
