We are looking for an energetic and experienced Project Manager who understands EdTech operations and can efficiently manage multiple cohorts while ensuring a smooth and high-quality learning experience for students. Key Responsibilities Manage finance cohorts from student onboarding to successful course completion. Coordinate with trainers, content, sales, technology, and student support teams. Manage course schedules, live sessions, assignments, assessments, and learning resources. Track student attendance, engagement, completion rates, and feedback. Address student queries and operational challenges effectively. Maintain project timelines, dashboards, and management reports. Identify process improvements to manage multiple cohorts smoothly at scale. Ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for students. What We Are Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or cohort management in EdTech . Strong understanding of course operations and the complete learner journey. Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and deadlines. Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, data-driven, and proactive approach.
