You will design ads. Mostly ads. Not brand books, not stationery, not birthday card templates for the office. You will work directly with the strategy and copy team. They give you the message, you give it a face. Every ad you design has to work in three layers: a hero line that grabs attention, a sub line that explains the offer, and a CTA that closes it. You will design for real estate, short-term rentals, and car dealerships. Different audiences, different visual language, same discipline. Speed matters. You will often turn around 5 to 10 ad variations in a single day for testing. You are expected to know what performs, not just what looks good. If an ad looks great but buries the offer, it fails. You should be sharp on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. These are your daily tools, not a "nice to have on the resume" list. You will get feedback often, sometimes multiple rounds in a day. You take it, apply it, move on. No sulking, no over-explaining. You will sit in on client and strategy calls sometimes. Understanding the brief firsthand beats getting it secondhand. If you have opinions on what a client's ad creative should look like, we want to hear them. We are not looking for someone who just executes.
