The Senior Executive – Hardware is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of the organization's IT hardware assets across all branch locations. The role ensures timely allocation of laptops and other devices for new employees, prompt recovery of assets during employee exits, hardware troubleshooting, inventory accuracy, and coordination with vendors to minimize downtime.

Location: Mumbai, Andheri East (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Deployment & Support

• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment for employees.
• Provide first-level and second-level hardware support to corporate and branch employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and coordinate repairs where required.
• Install and upgrade hardware components as per business requirements.

IT Asset Management

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including allocation, movement, warranty, and lifecycle records.
• Tag and track company-issued hardware across all branches.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of IT assets and reconcile inventory records.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Ensure IT assets are ready before the employee's joining date.
• Coordinate with HR for timely issuance of laptops and accessories.
• Recover company-issued assets from exiting employees.
• Ensure assets are inspected, documented, and made ready for reallocation.
• Coordinate with the IT team for timely deactivation of access during employee exits.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with hardware vendors for repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
• Track service requests and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
• Maintain records of warranties and service history.

Branch Support

• Provide remote support to branch offices for hardware-related issues.
• Coordinate with local vendors when onsite support is required.
• Escalate critical issues to the IT Manager as needed.
