Role Description: The Hindi Teacher will design and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards for middle school learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson materials, preparing classroom activities, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support language proficiency and overall academic growth. The teacher will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and respect for diverse backgrounds. Collaboration with other faculty members, participation in staff meetings, and involvement in school events and parent communication are part of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Komandur Group of Schools - primarily for our CBSE School, Atlantis the World School, and our State Board legacy school, Sri Venkateswara Children's High School - NEW GEN CAMPUS in Tirupati. Qualifications Strong Teaching skills with proven experience in Hindi language instruction, preferably at the High School level. Ability to develop, implement, and adapt Curriculum plans that support differentiated learning and align with school standards. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging students, collaborating with colleagues, and interacting effectively with families. Relevant academic background in Hindi, Education, or a closely related field; formal teacher training or certification is an advantage. Fluency in Hindi and strong command of grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills. Experience using age-appropriate teaching methodologies, classroom management strategies, and basic educational technology tools. Commitment to inclusive education, student well-being, and fostering values such as integrity, respect, and responsibility. Ability to work on-site in Tirupati and actively participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
