Banner Medical Group (BMG) is expanding our presence in Glendale, AZ, and we're looking for a talented Trauma Surgeon to be part of our growth story!
The Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center offers a dynamic environment where you'll provide comprehensive surgical care within our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Our surgeons are dedicated to excellence in patient care, resident mentorship, and medical student education.
We're seeking a passionate surgeon who can:
* Work effectively with diverse students, trainees, and colleagues
* Participate in Acute Care and Trauma surgery call
* Provide surgical trauma ICU coverage
* Deliver backup call coverage as needed
* Develop a full-time clinical practice
* Educate residents and medical students
* Participate in clinical research
Your qualifications should include:
* Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
* Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery & Trauma
* Demonstrated clinical and didactic teaching ability
* Experience working with diverse patient populations
* ATLS Instructor qualifications and teaching background
