We are seeking an experienced FCCS Functional Consultant / Solution Architect to design, lead, and deliver Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in financial consolidation processes along with hands-on experience in FCCS implementation and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable FCCS solutions.
• Lead the design and end-to-end implementation of FCCS applications for financial consolidation, close, reporting, and compliance .
• Architect FCCS solutions including system design, metadata, ownership structures, and consolidation logic .
• Customize and configure FCCS applications based on client-specific business needs.

Financial Expertise & Functional Leadership

• Apply strong knowledge of accounting principles and consolidation processes , including:
• Intercompany eliminations
• Currency translation
• Ownership management
• Cash flow reporting
• Leverage FCCS pre-seeded functionality for consolidation, translation, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow within the solution design.

Technical & Integration Capabilities

• Design and manage data integration using ETL tools (FDMEE/Data Management, APIs, etc.).
• Integrate FCCS with multiple source systems (SAP, Oracle ERP, flat files, etc.) .
• Oversee data mapping, validation rules, metadata management, and workflows.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead solution discussions, workshops, and client presentations.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Participate in pre-sales activities , including solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Qualifications

Education

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of FCCS architecture, configuration, and functionalities .
• Experience in:
• Metadata design and management
• Data integration (FDMEE/Data Management, APIs)
• Business rules and calculations
• Solid understanding of:
• FCCS pre-built calculations (Consolidation, Translation, Cash Flow)
• Financial reporting and close processes

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams, drive discussions, and influence decision-making
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills

Certifications

• Oracle FCCS / EPM Cloud certifications are preferred
