Work on design development as per the briefings and sketches received from the Principal Architect Develop Detailed Working drawings, GFCs at all levels Develop PowerPoint Presentations, and 3D models of assigned projects Proficient in 3ds Max Knowledge of Architectural finishes, materials, and Architectural drawing and planning elements Develop Bills of Quantity (BOQ) as per given budgets Open to Site visits for projects within and outside Mumbai To be the point of contact between the team and the Project Architect. Maintain a daily task list & Chronology report for assigned projects, discussing time allotments and schedules, and delegate and guide the junior architects.
