Candidates must have at least 1 year of sales experience in a stock market advisory, investment advisory, research advisory or stockbroking firm .

Freshers and candidates without relevant stock market sales experience will not be considered. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.

We provide research-driven services across equity, derivatives and other market segments, with a focus on informed decision-making, transparent communication and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive – Stock Market Advisory who can manage leads, explain our advisory services professionally and convert qualified prospects into clients.

The candidate should understand the stock market advisory sales process and be comfortable with calling, follow-ups, client acquisition and monthly revenue targets.

• Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and scheduled follow-ups.
• Identify and qualify potential clients based on their requirements.
• Explain the company’s research and advisory services clearly and professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into paid subscriptions.
• Assist clients with onboarding and subscription-related processes.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurate follow-up records.
• Build professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve assigned weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the research, operations and client-support teams.
• Handle basic client queries and collect client feedback.
• Follow the company’s internal sales and compliance guidelines.
• Avoid guaranteed-return claims, misleading communication or false commitments.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant stock market advisory or broking sales experience.
• Working knowledge of equity, futures, options and stock market advisory services.
• Proven experience in lead conversion, client acquisition and sales closing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain market-related services in simple, client-friendly language.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, regular follow-ups and target-based sales.
• Good command of Hindi and working knowledge of English.
• Basic proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, email and sales-tracking tools.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining ethical and compliant sales practices.
• Graduate in any discipline; finance, business or economics background is preferred.
• NISM or other relevant financial-market certification will be an advantage.
