Area Dental Director

Overview: Job Summary: T his position is responsible for the assimilation and smooth operation of productive dental teams across multiple sites. In conjunction with the Chief Dental Officer, VP of Clinical Performance, Chief Field Operations, Regional Dental Directors, and District Managers, this position is responsible for coaching/mentoring all doctors, the management and supervision of personnel, client/patient relations and satisfaction, and serving as a role model for office teams.
