The YMCA seeks a Preschool Lead Teacher to guide a nurturing, inclusive classroom for young children. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth, while reflecting the Y’s mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. You will lead classroom staff, ensure safety and licensing compliance, partner closely with families, and model the YMCA’s values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
