The Role

As Chef de Partie , you will be a valued member of our tight knit brigade, dishing up ocean to plate produce. Our menu showcases some of Australia’s best sustainable produce with a fun, on trend and fresh vibe that patrons love!

Whether you are a master of the grill, or quick and steady on larder section, we have something for everyone and can give you exposure across a number of sections.  CDPs will also be hands on in ordering, training junior chefs and ensuring quality across our incredible kitchen.

Working in a well equipped kitchen, with a supportive and highly experienced Head Chef at the helm, the kitchen runs like clockwork and is well organised.
