Company Description Ronak Capital Advisory (RCA) is a capital advisory firm specializing in structured financing solutions for businesses and private clients. The firm supports borrowers in navigating institutional lending through proposal readiness, strategic lender alignment, and disciplined structuring. RCA’s services span asset-backed financing, corporate and SME capital, refinancing and consolidation, and tailored private client borrowing structures. The organization is relationship-led and lifecycle-oriented, providing clients with long-term capital oversight beyond initial disbursal. Team members work in a dynamic environment focused on thoughtful, client-centered financial solutions. Role Description -This is not a scheduling or admin-only role. The EA works as an extension of Prakash Agrawal the founder absorbing the operational load so his time is spent only on what actually needs him: client and lender conversations, deal structuring, and high-value relationships. Over time, the EA should be trusted to act as his proxy in situations that don't require him personally, and to run the pipeline, the team, and key relationships without him having to chase any of it. 1. Founder Shadowing & Time Leverage • Sit in on Prakash's key client, lender, and partner meetings; keep notes and action trackers • Own his calendar and travel actively decide what needs him personally vs. what can be handled without him • Filter incoming calls, messages, and requests before they reach him • Follow up on his behalf so nothing he commits to in a meeting gets forgotten 2. Lead & Pipeline Follow-up • Log every lead Prakash originates referrals, banker introductions, existing client cross-sell in one pipeline • Chase pending documents and follow up with prospects who've gone quiet, without waiting to be asked • Weekly pipeline review with Prakash flagging what's stuck and why 3. Business Development Support • Draft proposals, pitch notes, and lender-facing summaries for Prakash's review • Research prospects (developers, SME manufacturers, professionals) ahead of intro calls • Run outreach cold email/LinkedIn, event and networking follow-ups 4. Relationship Management- Banks, NBFCs & Partners • Build direct rapport with RM contacts at partner banks/NBFCs so routine coordination doesn't need to route through Prakash • Maintain relationships with repeat clients and referral partners (CAs, brokers, channel contacts) • Be the reliable second point of contact when Prakash is unavailable 5. Team Coordination & Delivery Oversight • Daily check-in with the execution team on file/loan status • Surface blockers before they turn into client escalations • Maintain one tracker Prakash can glance at instead of asking around 6. Administrative & Operational Support What this looks like day to day • Handle work that doesn't need Prakash's judgment documentation collation, vendor and compliance coordination, expense admin How it's measured Volume of admin work fully offloaded from Prakash • Triage his inbox and draft routine correspondence on his behalf Qualifications Finance background- commerce/finance degree; MBA-Finance is a plus but not mandatory • 2–5 years' experience, ideally in lending/NBFC, loan advisory, a banking RM role, or as EA to a business owner in financial services • Comfortable with numbers can read a loan proposal or eligibility calculation, not just schedule the meeting about it • Sharp written communication will be drafting proposals and correspondence on Prakash's behalf • Discreet will have visibility into client financials and deal terms • Low-ego and hands-on equally comfortable running a client relationship and doing the unglamorous follow-up work
