Kitchen Intern

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Intern to join our culinary team at Belle Patisserie.

What You’ll Do

* Assist chefs with mise-en-place and food preparation

* Support daily kitchen and catering production

* Learn professional cooking techniques, recipes and kitchen systems

* Assist with events and live counters when required

* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

* Participate in new dish and recipe trials

Who We’re Looking For

* Culinary Arts / Hotel Management students or recent graduates

* Passionate about food and eager to learn

* Hardworking, disciplined and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen

* Positive attitude and strong team player

Hands-on exposure across catering, events, production and menu development.
