Happy Tales Veterinary Hospital is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing small-animal practice in Clark, Pennsylvania. This position offers a 3-day workweek , giving you four days each week to recharge, spend time with family, travel, or simply enjoy life outside the hospital.

You won't be practicing alone. You'll work alongside three collaborative veterinarians and an experienced support team that genuinely works together. We value communication, learning from one another, and creating an environment where veterinarians and team members can enjoy coming to work.

Our hospital combines the personal feel of a locally owned practice with advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including:

• IDEXX in-house laboratory
• Digital whole-body and dental radiography
• MyLab™ X90VET ultrasound
• CO₂ surgical laser
• Laparoscopy and endoscopy
• Cold therapy laser
• ICU critical-care chamber
• Tonometry
• NectarVet practice management software
• Strong technician and support-staff utilization

Our Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care for dogs and cats, including wellness and preventive medicine, sick-patient care, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery.

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own cases while also having colleagues available to discuss challenging cases, review diagnostics, or simply offer another perspective.

Responsibilities include performing examinations, developing diagnostic and treatment plans, interpreting laboratory and imaging results, performing surgical and dental procedures, prescribing medications, maintaining thorough medical records, and communicating openly with clients.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative hospital rather than simply filling a position.

Applicants should hold a DVM/VMD or equivalent degree and be eligible for Pennsylvania veterinary licensure.
