We’re Hiring: Retail Sales Executive at TrueKnot

TrueKnot is looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at our luxury rugs and carpets showroom on MG Road, Sultanpur, New Delhi.

We’re looking for someone who understands premium retail, enjoys interacting with customers, and can help clients find the right rug for their space.

Role: Retail Sales Executive

Experience: 2+ years in retail sales

Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience

Location: MG Road, Sultanpur, New Delhi

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Present and explain our collection of rugs and carpets
• Assist customers with sizes, styles, colours and product selection
• Follow up with prospective customers and enquiries
• Build strong relationships with customers, interior designers and architects
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure a premium showroom experience
• Support the team in achieving sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable working in a premium/luxury retail environment
• Well-presented, proactive and sales-oriented
• Prior experience in carpets, rugs, home furnishings, furniture or interior products is preferred
• Experience specifically in the carpets/rugs industry will be a strong advantage
