Role Description

The Technical Manager role at Vigiland is a full-time, on-site position based in Sialkot. This role is responsible for overseeing technical operations, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The Technical Manager will lead and mentor technical teams, allocate resources effectively, and provide guidance on complex technical issues. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, organizing technical support efforts, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves participation in planning sessions, contributing to research and development efforts, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
