b Overview /b p In this Procurement Consultant role within the Contract Services team, you will provide strategic procurement guidance to Public and Private sector clients while collaborating on end-to-end procurement for major programmes. You will help grow the service through contributions to new business, service development, and market-leading advisory delivery. You will join a supportive, entrepreneurial team that emphasizes sustainable procurement, transformation, and net zero strategies. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Hybrid working /li li Support for MCIPS status /li li Regular professional development /li li Travel opportunities /li li Mentoring and coaching /li li Entrepreneurial and growing team environment /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide procurement strategy advice for public and private sector clients /li li Collaborate on end-to-end procurement delivery for major projects or programmes /li li Support the development of Contract Services offerings and capabilities /li li Support delivery of team and wider business targets /li li Contribute to work-winning capabilities and bid/tender activity /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strategic procurement experience in a professional or consultancy environment /li li Experience in tender preparation and development /li li Experience in developing and awarding contracts solo or in teams /li li Knowledge of multiple supply markets with Public Contract Regulations or equivalent /li li Awareness of NEC and JCT standard form contracts /li li Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply (or working towards) /li li Preferably degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement /li li Preferably experience in Defence, Utilities, Infrastructure sectors /li li SC security clearance (current or restorable) /li /ul ul li Good communication and stakeholder engagement /li li Understanding of key commercial principles /li li Ability to deliver documentation and strategy for capital projects or programmes /li li Procurement strategy development /li li Knowledge of procurement processes in capital projects /li li Understanding of contract types and procurement documentation /li /ul
