About the Role: One Key Resources is seeking an experienced Pump Crew Supervisor to join our team at Foxleigh Mine and play a key role in leading safe, reliable and efficient works. The successful candidates will be responsible working closely within the pump crew team within a Coal Mining setting, whilst adhering to site policies and procedures. You will provide day-to-day leadership, technical guidance and support to pump crew personnel while ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with statutory and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading by example and promoting a strong safety culture across the pump crews
• Supporting the safe and efficient execution of all duties and responsibilities
• Providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and guidance to support all personnel
• Monitoring work quality and ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard
• Maintaining accurate records, work orders and shift handover documentation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated previous experience leading pump crews within mining, heavy industry or a similar operational environment
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and quality workmanship
• Current Open Driver's Licence
• Standard 11 and Health Assessment (or ability to obtain)
• S1, S2, S3 and G2 Supervisor Competencies (or ability to obtain)
