Manufacturing Process Engineer

Charter Wire is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and support new processes and equipment. You will partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Design to troubleshoot operational issues and improve safety, quality, yield, throughput, and reliability. The role includes process improvement projects, corrective actions, process control, data analysis, standard procedures, and heat treat practices.
