Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales in the

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) segment. The role involves business development, client

acquisition, and revenue generation in the industrial wastewater treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in ETP/WTP projects

 Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

 Build strong relationships with industrial clients

 Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

 Achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence

 Coordinate with internal teams for project execution

 Conduct market analysis and track competitors

Requirements

 5–6 years of experience in ETP/Wastewater sales

 Strong sales and negotiation skills

 Proven track record in achieving targets

 Willingness to travel
