US Accounts Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Tax Accountant to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for CA Freshers or CA Inter candidates who are interested in building a career in US Accounting and Taxation. The candidate will support tax compliance, accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping activities while working closely with senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger records.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Handle bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and financial data analysis activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial and accounting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• CA Fresher / CA Inter / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation concepts.
• Interest in US Accounting
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
