Litigation Attorney – Employment Law/ Business LitigationLocation: San Diego, CANo mandatory billable-hour requirement.

Key Responsibilities:Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.Conduct depositions and prepare cases for hearings and trial.Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on employment-related disputes.Manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 matters.
Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school.Active California Bar admission in good standing.2 - 5+ years of litigation experience.Employment litigation experience preferred.Business litigation experience with employment law exposure will also be considered.Plaintiff-side litigators with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. xzbcwsv
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000–$250,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
