Role Description: The Business Manager for the Glusap division is responsible for promoting antiglaucoma products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth in the specialized area of the glaucoma segment.

Plan, organize, and execute sales activities within assigned regions to achieve targets.

Establish and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders in ophthalmology.

Identify new business opportunities, expand product reach, and strengthen brand presence in the glaucoma segment.

Qualification:

• Graduate with good communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the ophthalmology Segment (preferably Antiglaucoma range)
