Prakat Solutions is looking for an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives, ensure delivery excellence, and drive successful outcomes for enterprise customers. What You'll Lead

  Project & Delivery Management

·       Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.

·       Monitor project execution and ensure alignment with business goals and customer commitments.

·       Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

·       Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

·       Drive high-quality delivery through effective planning, governance, and execution oversight.

Project Governance & Process Excellence

·       Establish and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and governance frameworks.

·       Track project health, resource utilization, budgets, and key performance indicators.

·       Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, predictability, and customer satisfaction.

·       Ensure adherence to organizational standards, project governance practices, and quality benchmarks.

·       Manage scope changes, change requests, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

·       Act as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

·       Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable project plans and execution strategies.

·       Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, SRS documents, executive updates, and status reports.

·       Facilitate discussions around priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.

·       Provide regular project updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and customers.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership

·       Coordinate and collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product Management, and Support teams.

·       Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.

·       Help teams remove execution blockers and maintain delivery momentum.

·       Ensure strong alignment between business priorities and technical implementation.

What You Bring

·       7+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management, or Program Management.

·       Proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects across the full SDLC.

·       Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

·       Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.

·       Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

·       Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

·       Experience managing enterprise customers and customer-facing engagements.

·       Working knowledge of modern software development practices, architecture concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps processes.

·       Some exposure to Golang and/or Rust would be a significant advantage, enabling more effective collaboration with engineering teams working on modern, high-performance distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within IT Services, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Cloud, or Digital Transformation environments.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certifications are highly desirable.
