Hiring: Education Counsellor

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our team and help students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs including UG-PG Courses
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning programs
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions and achieve enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups through CRM
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless student onboarding
• Participate in admission drives, seminars, and school outreach activities
• Deliver an exceptional student and parent experience throughout the admission journey
Desired Skills:
• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, or Inside Sales
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Target-driven mindset with strong conversion skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Passion for education and student success
Preferred Candidate:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in Ed-Tech, Education, Coaching Institutes, or Admission Counselling preferred
• Customer-focused and self-motivated professiona
