Hiring: Customer Service Executives | Voice Process | Chat Process | Pune

Are you a fresher or have 0–2 years of experience and confident in communicating with customers?

We’re hiring Customer Service Executives for our Voice Process in Pune.

Who Should Apply?

• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates, as per company eligibility
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre or related roles
• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Basic computer knowledge & MS Office skills
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Job Details

Location: Pune

Shift: Rotational

Working Days: 5 days/week

Weekly Off: 2 rotational week offs

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Provide accurate product/service information
• Maintain customer interaction records
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Meet quality and performance targets
