Job Description

We're a family with a sweet 11-week-old daughter, and we're in the early stages of our childcare search. We're reaching out to caregivers who might be a great fit for our family. What We're Looking For:

  • In-home childcare for 4-6 hours per day, 2-3 days per week (flexible on specific days)
  • Experience with Montessori principles
  • Emphasis on screen-free playtime and outdoor exploration
We both work in nonprofits and are currently working mostly from home, with occasional office days. We're looking to start childcare soon or within the next few months, and we're flexible on timing and open to finding the right person and situation.
