As a Sales Engineer you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries from across our client base. You will help and advise end users, diagnosing and solving technical difficulties with the right solution our company can offer.

Our ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Sales Engineer and have sound technical and communication skills. You should be a self-starter and natural problem solver, with the ability to multitask on a fast-paced service desk.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Business development and exploring new markets and potential clients.
• Attending customer meetings about our products & services and closing sales.
• Preparing proposals, quotations and tenders for customers based on their needs, including creative, innovative, novel, unique concepts and approaches with the help of Team Manager.
• Conduct Technical Site Surveys for IT Solutions, Networking, Security etc.
• Negotiations with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiations process.
• Creating and building client relationships.
• Winning new clients while maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
• Using good communication and problem-solving skills.
