Growth Consultant | Customer Success & Analytics

At Quantacus, we help e-commerce brands grow through AI-powered insights, performance marketing intelligence, and hands-on execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels. We're looking for a Growth Consultant to work directly with customers, diagnose growth challenges, drive Qscale AI product adoption, and help businesses achieve measurable outcomes. What You'll Do Partner directly with customers to understand their goals and challenges. Analyze performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other marketing channels. Identify root causes behind underperforming campaigns and recommend solutions. Guide customers through implementation and adoption. Conduct regular strategy and performance reviews. Drive customer engagement, retention, and success. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve customer outcomes. What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in: Growth Analytics Performance Marketing Customer Success Consulting Agency Account Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. High ownership and bias for action. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Nice to Have Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads. Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, SQL, or similar analytics tools. Experience working with e-commerce brands.
