Job Description
Total Care 2 U is a fast-growing home-based primary care practice serving seniors in their homes using evidence-based medicine. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help service Dallas & East of Dallas including Garland, Mesquite, Balch Springs, Segoville, and surrounding areas.

- Hybrid schedule with biweekly rotation
- Alternating weekly structure:
- Week A: 2 in-home days, 3 telemedicine days
- Week B: 3 in-home days, 2 telemedicine days
