KGT Global is looking for a motivated Project Manager & Upseller Trainee to work onsite at its Nazimabad No1 office in Karachi. This full‑time role offers a monthly salary of PKR25,000‑40,000 and is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily tasks and liaise with internal teams.
• Support the execution of projects and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, documentation, and track project progress.
• Follow given instructions and consistently meet deadlines.

Who Should Apply

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree.
• Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of one year of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with a professional workplace and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work according to international time zones (exact shift to be discussed).
• Experience with Fiverr or Upwork accounts, client handling, and order management is highly preferred.
