Nutritionist Misha Services is a women's hormonal health brand helping women manage PCOS naturally through a structured, multi-specialist program. Our team of dietitians, doctors, yoga coaches, mental health coaches, and accountability coaches works alongside each client's own doctor to support sustainable lifestyle change. We are growing rapidly and expanding our sales team.

Role Overview

We are looking for Sales Executives to conduct consultations with prospective clients who have shown interest in our programs. You will understand each client's needs, explain our program clearly, and help them enroll in the plan that suits them best. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals looking to build a career in health and wellness sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-scheduled video consultations with inbound leads

• Understand client health goals, lifestyle, and concerns through structured conversations

• Present program details and recommend suitable plans

• Enroll clients and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and collections

• Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and call reviews

• Follow company communication and compliance guidelines on every call

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Comfortable conducting video calls and working on a laptop

• Disciplined, punctual, and target-oriented

• Willingness to learn and take feedback

• Prior experience in sales, health, wellness, or edtech is a plus but not mandatory

• Freshers are welcome to apply

Training and Development

• Structured onboarding with training videos on our program and sales process

• Practice calls with feedback from our sales trainer

• Gradual transition to live client consultations

• Weekly call reviews and performance coaching

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month

• Uncapped commission on collections
